I recently sat
down with Karen Anne Sherman, from Twin Oaks House & Gardens, a
gorgeous and elegant estate and garden wedding venue located in San
Marcos, in North San Diego County, California. Karen, who has been
in the wedding and event planning industry for over 10 years, gave
us some fantastic tips on how to choose the right garden wedding
venue, and also gave some pointers on planning a garden wedding.
Climate-controlled tented pavilions, dance floors, landscape
maintenance, time restrictions, are all factors when it comes to
choosing your ideal venue. Creating a relaxed atmosphere is also
important, helping to keep your guests happy during photo shoots and
more. And when it comes to table settings, décor and new trends –
chocolate is in!
