Lentil Soup
This quick and easy soup recipe by Peggy Jacobs, is from the
Edible Art Cookbook published by Brandon Gallery in
Fallbrook, CA.
2 cans
Progresso Lentil Soup
1 can Hunt’s Tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
Hillshire Farms Smoked Sausage, 4 or 5 inch piece sliced
into thin discs.
Sauté
onions and sausage slices until onions are translucent.
Add tomatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add soup.
Simmer slowly until flavors blend (about 10-25 minutes).
Serves 4.
