Amado Territory Inn
A scenic 30 minute drive south of Tucson, Arizona, Amado Territory Ranch is situated on 17 acres of lush riparian habitat, set against beautiful backdrop of the Santa Rita mountains. Located in the heart of Southern Arizona's popular birding region, next to the bustling art community of Tubac, and near the historic Tubac Presidio State Historic Park and Tumacácori National Historic Park; Amado Territory Ranch is a destination unto itself featuring a western themed Bed and Breakfast Inn, Art Galleries and Artist Studios, Shopping, Fine Dining, Colorful Desert Gardens, Labyrinths, Conference and Meeting Rooms, Indoor and Outdoor Wedding Locations, and Special Events and Festivals held throughout the year.

Stay at Amado Territory Inn: Lavish with western charm, the Inn is a welcome escape where your comfort is of top priority. Here you'll enjoy a peaceful and full night's sleep. Wake to the light chatter of birds and the mouth-watering aroma of your hearty ranch-style breakfast. The Inn has nine comfortable and tastefully furnished western themed rooms, all with private baths, and some with private patios and balconies offering incredible views of the gardens and surrounding mountains. For a secluded escape, their two bedroom Hacienda Suite features a full kitchen, lounge and dining area, a private patio, and offering even more privacy, is separate from the Inn. For your convenience, the Inn offers computer access, WIFI, a sun-filled Atrium and dining room where coffee and snacks are available, and a social room with a fireplace and TV to enjoy. The Inn also has three rooms that are designated 'pet friendly'.

Full homecooked breakfasts served at Amado Territory Inn.On the Ranch: Enjoy the fresh valley air as you explore their gorgeous garden areas that are vibrant with blossoming flowers, and alive with chirping birds, flittering butterflies, and even a bustling squirrel or two.

Stroll through the William H. Kendall Cactus Garden and visit the duck pond. There are two Labyrinths on the property - both are located in peaceful, shaded areas so that one may reflect in privacy and tranquility. Relax in the front porch swing and gaze out at the big blue skies or stretching sunsets, and in the evenings, enjoy brilliant stargazing. Located in Southern Arizona's migratory bird flyway, the Ranch is a unique year-round birding destination where species such as the Vermillion Flycatcher, Broad-Billed Rufous Hummingbird, Lesser Nighthawk, Coopers Hawk, Northern Cardinal, and Red-Naped Sapsucker can be spotted.

Art, Shopping & Fine Dining: Experience two very fine restaurants on the property - The Stockmen's Grill and Kristofer's Bistro. They both offer exquisite dishes served in comfortable indoor and outdoor patio dining areas. Amado Territory Ranch also features various working artists in their Art Galleries and Studios, and shopping adventures on the property include the Center for Positive Living Book Store, and the Inn's gift store where one can purchase their Cook Book which is chock-full of delicious recipes.

Weddings, Group Functions, Special Events & Retreats: Offering indoor locations and a number of beautiful garden sites, Amado Territory Ranch is the perfect location for your wedding or group function. Their grounds have beautiful areas for small, intimate gatherings, and larger areas for events as large as flea markets and craft fairs. They offer onsite catering and have a full kitchen at your disposal. Our Mission: "Free Spirit Promotions (publisher of Big Blend Magazine) is a company based on the belief that education is the most formidable weapon that can be waged against fear, ignorance and prejudice. It is our belief that education starts at home and branches outward. Education leads to travel, and travel leads to understanding, tolerance, and appreciation of cultures and customs different to our own, and ultimately to world peace. Our company is further based on the principle that networking, communication, and helping others to promote and market themselves leads to financial stability; thus paving the way to better education, travel, and the spirit of giving back to the community."
