With a BS in Criminal Justice and an MA in Human Resources Training & Development, Lisa Marie acquired much of her expertise during her almost 20 years in banking and federal law enforcement. As Supervisory Customs Officer for the Department of the Treasury and Supervisory Customs Officer and Course Developer/Instructor for Homeland Security, she successfully trained and developed leaders.

In January of 2007, the National Association of Female Executives awarded her with a Woman of Excellence award for her vision, creativity, and service. She has also been featured in The Press Enterprise, The Business Journal, The San Bernardino Sun, 951 magazine, Alert magazine, Private Clubs magazine, and the book Speaking of Success next to speaking giants Ken Blanchard and Jack Canfield.
