Arches National Park:
Features the world's largest concentration of natural sandstone arches. Activities include scenic drives, hiking, photography, and biking. Located on Hwy. 191, 5 miles north of Moab. Tel: (435) 719-2299
Canyonlands National Park: Located about 30 miles southwest of Moab. The largest national park in the state, it is divided into three districts by the Green and Colorado Rivers. Info: (435) 719-2313

Colorado Riverway Recreation Area: Public lands along the Colorado River accessible from UT Hwy. 128 from Dewey Bridge to U.S. 191; UT Hwy. 279 from Moab Valley to Potash; and Kane Creek Road from Moab Valley to the block of State land south of Hunter Canyon.
