Milo’s Whole World Gourmet
Everything you
need for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner is in this delicious Love
Dinner Kit from Milo’s Whole World Gourmet. A romantic floral
bouquet with a lavender sachet, Vino de Milo Mediterranean Pinot
Grigio pasta sauce, specialty pasta, Vino de Milo Artichoke Parmesan
Dressing, Chocolove chocolate, recipes, and instructions for a
romantic evening. Best of all – the kit is just under $35! In other
words – you don’t have to be a chef to create a memorable dinner for
your love!
Milo
de Vino’s Recipe for Romance Open up the love
kit, and arrange the bouquet on the table. The lavender scent will
awaken the senses. Prepare the Chicken Parmesan recipe (below) and
serve with the pasta. Serve with a side of sliced avocado, and
steamed asparagus that’s been drizzled with Artichoke Parmesan
Dressing. Both asparagus and avocados are known aphrodisiacs. Light
some candles and turn on some Barry White. Start with champagne –
add a vanilla bean to each flute – vanilla is known to increase
desire. After dinner, savor the chocolate with a glass of sexy
dessert wine.
Chicken Parmesan
1
25-oz jar Vino de Milo Mediterranean Pinot Grigio sauce
4 8-oz chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
½ cup flour
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 ½ cups bread crumbs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 T. olive oil
Fresh rosemary and sage, optional
16 oz linguine fini
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, for garnish
Gently
warm Vino de Milo Mediterranean Pinot Grigio sauce in a
saucepan. Reduce to simmer while chicken cooks.
Meanwhile, bring water to a boil for the pasta. Clean
and trim the chicken. Flatten for cooking using the flat
side of a meat mallet.
Rinse
chicken thoroughly with cold water and dip into flour,
then into eggs, then into bread crumbs mixed with
Italian seasoning.
Sauté breaded chicken breasts in olive oil in skillet
over medium-high heat until each side is golden brown
(about five minutes per side).
Adding some chopped fresh rosemary and sage to the oil
while cooking gives a nice accent to the flavor of the
chicken.
Boil
pasta according to package directions.
To serve:
Plate chicken breast atop pasta. Smother both with
warmed Vino de Milo Mediterranean Pinot Grigio Sauce and
top with a sprinkling of grated parmesan

Milo’s Whole World Gourmet
is a small artisanally-run company that produces exquisitely
flavorful, small-batch all-natural artisanal sauces and dressings
while supporting social responsibility throughout the business. The
wine-based Vino de Milo products are prepared in small batches under
the careful eye of founder Jonathan Milo Leal. The production of the
sauces and dressings is a labor-intensive work of love, and results
in the highest-quality, freshest products on the market today.
The company is
named after founder Jonathan Milo Leal. Milo is a family name passed
down for generations, originating with a great-great uncle in the
19th century.
Jonathan
has traveled extensively and is incorporating his travels and
knowledge of world cuisine into the company. As a child growing up
in Nepal and Mexico, he gained a deep appreciation for food and the
role it plays in the cultures of the world. His passion for exotic
flavors expanded even more as he studied and lived abroad, spending
significant amounts of time in more than 30 countries. Jonathan
eventually returned to the U.S. and earned his MBA from Ohio
University. He then began a catering business in 2002, which led to
the creation of Milo’s year later. “I’ve been a cook from my
earliest experience Jonathan says. “Growing up I used to cook for my
parents, and when I founded this company, had a vision of sharing
great foods from all areas of the world in ways that lets everyone
bring artistic, ethnic food to the table.”
With Vino de Milo, Jonathan and his team of foodies have made it
easy to enjoy the many flavors of the world in a healthy, delicious
way. And because Jonathan has been welcomed by so many of the
world’s cultures, he has committed the company to social
responsibility in an effort to repay the favor.
In addition to his
MBA, Jonathan also holds a French education bachelor’s degree and a
French master’s degree from Ohio University. He lives in Athens with
his partner Barry Tadlock. He is still innovating in the kitchen,
and more Vino de Milo products are in the works. Be on the lookout!
Jonathan was a featured guest on Champagne Sundays online radio

It is our belief that education starts at
home and branches outward. Education leads to travel, and
travel leads to understanding, tolerance, and appreciation
of cultures and customs different to our own, and ultimately
to world peace. Our company is further based on the
principle that networking, communication, and helping others
to promote and market themselves leads to financial
stability; thus paving the way to better education, travel,
