JUNE 2008
June 21 & 22, 28 & 29: Spring Antique Engine & Tractor Show: 50 Acres of fun featuring hit and miss engines and crawler tractors, antique equipment parade at 1pm daily, working antique equipment demos, short track ‘n scale model trains, weaving demonstrations and sales, blacksmiths and wheelwrights, quilt show and raffle, tractor games, wagon rides, raffles, food & snacks, vendor booths, heritage village, and museum gift shop. Live entertainment features The Bayou Brothers Band on June 21^st; The Corvettes, and Nitro Express on June 28^th; and Virtual Strangers on June 29^th. Dry camping is available by reservation. June 28-29: 35th Annual San Diego Scottish Highland Games & Gathering of the Clans is happening on June 28 & 29, 2008 from 9 am to 5 pm with a free concert on the night of June 27 at 7 pm, at the Moonlight Amphitheater in Brengle Terrace Park, Vista, CA. Enjoy Highland Dancing, Drum Major, Bagpipe & Drumming Competitions, Sheep Dog Trials, Scottish Country Dancing, Scottish Food, Drink & Merchandise. For Details –  Click here.

July 27: Vintage Farm Tractor & Implement Auction: Presented by Tony Mitchell de Zago. Preview on Saturday, July 26^th from 9am-5pm. 1500 Lots – expected sales bill includes farmhouse and barnyard collectibles, restored and original condition farm tractors, wagons, stationary engines, farm toys and literature, rustic farm implements ‘yard art’, tack and saddlery, historic memorabilia, country primitives, estate furnishings, hundreds of antiques and collectibles.
