ONGOING EVENTS
Evenings on the Plaza:
free, family-friendly event series held every Friday, Feb. –
Oct.; and every Saturday, May- Sept. Performances on the Janet
Leigh (cinema) Plaza and DeCarli Square (Final Fridays, May -
September) include professional and community theatre, classical
and cultural dance, spoken word, community service events and a
variety of live music. In addition, a lively group of street
performers, entertain the crowd, and local sports mascots make

Open-Air Asian & Farmer's Market:
Held every Saturday year-round, under the Crosstown Freeway from
6am-10am. This market has been around since 1979 and is
considered one of California's oldest and most successful. It
draws nearly 9,000 customers every Saturday and has fresh
flavors, produce, herbs, fish and sweets from Cambodia, Laos,
Vietnam, Korea, China and India.
Stockton
Antique & Collectibles Fair: Features over 100 antique and
collectible dealers, easy parking, great food, and supports
local non-profits. Held the third Sunday of every month from
5am-3pm, at 4950 Claremont Ave, in Stockton, CA. For more info

American Legacy: Our National Parks - 35 members and
guests of the Plein-Air Painters of America set up their easels
in national sites across the country. Over 100 paintings depict
sites from coast to coast, border to border, and from the
earliest park designation to one of the most recent. On display
at the Haggin Museum in Stockton, CA until January 10, 2010.
